I forgot to say, my experience here is if you are pulling from multiple gardens you may have multiple fees and separate ziplocs of soil to send in. And of course you'll be charged for the postage to ship as I don't think most do walk-ins. They also ask you in the form to indicate what you plan to have in this area to help guide you on the best guide for remedy.

If you are unsure who or what can test for you reach out to your County Ag agent (usually located at your county courthouse) for information - they will have who to contact, a form, probe etc.
