I got these succulents several weeks ago. I have 3 different ones in one pot. The tall one, which I think but not sure is a ghost plant succulent (the store was selling them as "assorted succulents" so I don't know for sure) is the only one that has not been doing well.

From everything I've been reading it sounds like it hasn't been getting enough water but I also am unsure of how much water it needs and can't seem to find a specific answer anywhere. When I first watered it 2 weeks ago I basically sprayed a few sprays from a bottle of water. That made no changes and the leaves continued to shrivel up and die. So last week I put sprayed a good amount of sprays from the water bottle. Still shriveling up and yellow, dying, etc. So now I poured in maybe a around a shot glass worth of water.

I'm scared of overwatering it, and I think I may need to separate it from the other succulents in the pot which haven't even shown any signs that they need water yet, but it is just not showing any improvements and is losing more leaves every week. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Thanks!!

Hi & welcome! That plant was probably added to the pot as a cutting, so there may be a leaf or two lost to desiccation in the process of forming roots.

Since you have the fear of overwatering, you probably won't. Does the pot have a drain hole? If so, water the soil gently and thoroughly when dry, excess will drip out of the hole. Feel the difference then when the soil is moist. It should feel heavier. When it feels lightweight again, time to water again. There is no benefit to your plants of waiting to add more water. Water as often as the soil feels dry and the pot feels lightweight again.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.
