Every time I come back to the home page and see those red flowers on the Cabeza de viejo cactus I am saying to myself I must have that one. 😁 So pretty with the white spines and red blossoms.

The flowers are a real highlight, about the best in the genus. Look for the plant near you, it should not be that uncommon.
