Hydrangeas Peonies Celebrating Gardening: 2015 Plant Identifier Garden Ideas: Master Level
I decided to plant several different varies of morning glories this year. So I bought some morning glory seeds. I guess I got somewhat carried away and ended up with 28 different varieties of morning glories.

The problem is that it is recommended to soak morning glory seeds overnight before planting. I wanted to be able to identify each variety. I was not sure how to individually soak 28 varieties:)

Here is my solution. I purchased a pill box on Amazon for ~$10. It had 28 separate waterproof compartments. It had 7 color coded, removable compartments. It was easy to keep track of the individual varieties.

After the overnight soak, I planted the 28 varieties in a 32 pot tray. Mission accomplished:)

The pill container was a great idea to soak them all at once. I usually only plant moonflowers now, so those I just toss them in any glass overnight next to a heat vent after nicking them, so there's no need to keep track like you did.

But once I plant the seeds is different. I made sheets of all my seed starting containers on my computer, they each have from 36 to 72 spaces. Then print out the blanks and fill them in as I'm planting. There's no way I'd stay sane trying to put over 200 sticks in the cells. I often make notes on those sheet about the seeds. Then I scan the sheets and save them per year so I always know what I planted and what worked well from one year to the next.

Love the pill container solution, Frank!

It's probably good that I gave such limited space and simply can't plant as much as either of you two, because no way would I be that organized. Impressive, both of you!

Geez I thought I over did it ordering 7 varieties. I'll be sharing with my neighbors plus I double ordered clary sage, nigella and argeratum-Dondo and Red flint. Totally forgot. It was February and I forgot the entire month-it was just a blur. I even forgot to pay my property taxes. I was in the midst of the porch rebuild and that was first and foremost on my brain.
