I have a plumeria about three years old which I bought from Amazon and grew in a pot. I should be reported to Social Services for the shameful way I have treated it.

Now I am trying to make amends, by starting over and doing things right. To that end, I have two questions.

#1. This is the plant as it stands now. It is in my sunroom, and has been for two years. In that time, it has dropped its leaves completely twice, but bloomed once in that time between moulting. Is it likely to be viable? It has some tiny green leaves on two of the three stems(?), trunks(?).

#2. Are what are growing at the base of the plant baby plumeria, as they appear, and should I cut them out, or can they be salvaged and repotted.

I am now looking for a book about plumaria for rank beginners. Any suggestions?

The Plumeria looks alive. It's normal for the leaves to fall off over winter.

At the base is some kind of Tradescantia. What color are the leaves on the back? Are the leaves fuzzy or smooth?

The leaves are shiny green, front and back. There's also a stuffed carrot there, but that's for Easter.

Nice pics. I'm not sure which Tradescantia that is. @Averixus might recognize it.

Your other plants in the background look great, by the way! Such lucky plants to live in such a beautiful space.
