I ordered some milkweed seeds and got a second pack but it doesn't say what's in it. Looks like a variety of different seeds. Maybe just variety of wildflowers?

Does your seed packet say 'Southeastern Mix'? Or 'General Mix', maybe? Look at the bottom of the page linked below to see what might be included.

I noticed that of the 6 primary flowers included in the SE Mix, none are actually native to the SE (Coreopsis tinctoria used to grow mostly in the Central Plains, but is now in almost all US states, so that's as close as it gets).

There are some other natives and non-natives listed as being less well represented in the mix. I might plant them just to see what comes up, but be aware that Dame's Rocket, for instance, is considered invasive in some (many?) states.

In poking around their site, I'm going to guess that it's their General Mix, seeds are listed here:

Towards the bottom of this page, they list various packs per region. I'm going to guess that all variety of milkweed seeds would look similar.

You could always email them and ask.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I'll email them just to be safe. Was definitely itself no identification in the packages as to the contents of the second packet.
