The Connifer tree looks to be a good substitute to Pine for a Christmas tree, with its decorative erect cones it's one less decoration to worry about. And it's natural.

How long do they take to grow to around a couple of metres (eight foot) in height and will the cones sprout at that point, as I know that they can grow a lot taller, are the cones seasonal ?
