I was curious about the crumbling leaves and the off-green color of some newer leaves.
I know new leaves will come out lighter green, but these seem to be like yellow-green. Im in Zone 8 and I leave it outside in full sun. I water when the soil is dry at about a fingers-length deep. I just put some slow release fertilizer in the soil beginning of March. Not sure what's going on :/
