A relative has been told by their Dr. that they may have an intolerance to gluten. If others who have traveled this journey have any suggestions, info, tips to share, I would appreciate them. Yes, I'll read articles and such, but personal anecdotes are often so valuable. I'd love to investigate both directions.

My sister has an intolerance to gluten but says there are plenty of gluten free foods to choose from. She did say picking a gluten free pasts she liked took a few tries. She can have a little gluten once in awhile but avoids it most of the time.

Neighbor's daughter is gluten intolerant as are her kids, she has a completely different set of cooking utensils for them
