Do these tomato plants look healthy or are they too tall and Leggy

They look very healthy! And very ready to go into the ground! Or containers! Whichever way you plan to grow them…plant them deep!
I mean by that, remove lower leaves, and sink them deep in the soil. Where you remove leaves on the lower part of the stems, roots will grow, and give you strong plants!

They are healthy now but won't stay that way unless they get into the ground or large (5 gal min) ASAP as Tara instructed above. Nice crop!

What are good night time temps to plant tomato plants

I'd think it could/might vary, depending on variety, but my general minimum would be 45*~50*.
