Good article by Bob Solberg, BUT while he mentions HVX, nowhere does he underscore the importance of diligent garden hygiene in cleaning your tools well between plants. HVX can be in a plant but not showing symptoms and if you aren't cleaning tools, it can be spread. If you develop a habit of always thoroughly sanitizing your tools, you won't accidentally spread the virus if you get an infected plant.
