I don't know if my potato plant is ready to harvest. The flowers have bloomed and since shriveled. Half of the plant is a light green. I live in a Continental climate. I am new to potatoes and gardening in general. Please help me.

Don't harvest until the plants have completely died back. You still have time before they're ready. There should be very little left of the greens when you harvest.
