How do you control them? I know we have earwigs around but have never seen anything on the blooms. Thanks for the help Zuzu. Rolling my eyes.

I use Deadline Bug Bait, Peg, but I'm sure there are natural methods of control if you don't want to use the bait.

I went out today to look at a new bloom and there it was Angry
An earwig right on the bloom
Got to find some Deadline Bug Bait asap
Love how big the "Snow Queen" blooms are Lovey dubby

Thanks all I tip my hat to you.
Chris - I never saw the bug until I looked at the pic later. He didn't munch on it so didn't mind him resting there. I don't have any idea even what it is.
Sue - I did add it to the database a while ago. It was also the first pic I ever took of a bloom on anything. I think it was beginners luck Rolling my eyes.
