largest semp i have had is Atroviolaceum "Pubescents"
This 1 is 11" across and Growing @ 2 yrs old

Gads! I think I've seen hundreds of fuzzy Silver Kings at Lowes in the past week!

Mick by the way, I would say your semps in the pot are 2 different types!
Sorry in re-looking at the photo, It could be the same semp! The young ones can look so different!

I need to get Sempervivum Atroviolaceum Pubescent. It's the closest thing I've ever seen to my large NOID which gets huge even when not watered or fertilized.
