I had that same problem with a drop dead beautiful NOID I grew on my back porch. Looked like a much brighter version of Rose Silk, but it most definitely was NOT Rose Silk, no comparison. Not a single seed pod.

I agree. I am hoping that once warmer weather arrives and I can ease my winter plants out into the real sun the plants will jump into strong growth and there will be seed production.

It almost looks like it has diamond dusting on it. Not sure if it's just the picture, or it really does. That would be a super special bonus! You are right about the color being dense! It's a perfect bloom, with perfect coloring.
