Don't know the name, but I've seen 'em around here and they don't bother my plants.

Some of the bugs today I noticed had red on them.

I think they are the same ones? There are many of them, but I can't tell they are harming anything, should I be concerned?

I can't tell from the photo, but if the second one has a thin white line around its edge, it might be a White-margined burrower bug.

White-margined burrower bug. YES! Thank you!

Black&red: Twice-stabbed stinkbug, NO I think on this one? Because the link says they fly but I can't tell these fly? Maybe they are just not scared of me so don't fly off?

Then it has a doppelganger. Squish one. That'll tell you if it's a stinkbug.

just cuz bugs CAN fly doesn't mean you will see it do so. I've rarely seeen a garden stinkbug fly- but they get there from somewhere else, some how Shrug!
From wikipedia
Flight
Flight is well developed in the Hemiptera although mostly used for short distance movement and dispersal. Wing development is sometimes related to environmental conditions. In some groups of Hemiptera, there are variations of winged, short-winged, and wingless forms within a single species.
Plant it and they will come.
