Good evening,
I am growing dark opal basil but they came in green and have been growing for a couple of weeks now and are still all the way green. Is this normal? They are getting plenty of sunlight and not being overwatered.
Thank you,

Mine are often motly with green and purple. But never totally green. The plants should not be just green.

Sometimes the light is too intense and the purple fades, sometimes you get an odd one, but are the stems purple?

Literally nothing on them is purple. They are 100% green.

My thought would be they are in need of much more light. That may provide the color as well.

I recycle, reuse, repurpose!
I agree with pod. When the seedlings are long and leggy it usually means they are reaching for sunlight.

Those seedlings are much too leggy. They need sun.
It could be also that the seed was simply mislabled and you just have a green variety.

full to part sun after you have them weathered, and soon, they are anemic looking but its too early to tell til they get more sun
