I'm in zone 4b 3 of my bell pepper plants are looking a little funky, they are dropped over while the rest of the bed stands tall. Discoloration on leaves would have made me think mildew/mold. But we've been spraying regularly with milk /water solution.

Additionally in the past whenever we've had fungus issues on mature plants it's spread much worse before plants shows signs of flipping or distress.
