I planted this Tecoma 'Lydia' last Summer and it grew and bloomed great all summer and survived the winter beautifully. This Spring things started changing. The new growth came in smaller and with yellow edges and the flower buds stopped opening. Lots of spikes with buds, but most of them didn't open. Any ideas what's going on?
The Lantana next to it is doing something similar.
