I am trying to find a gift for our Parish Clerk.
We are in Sampford Courtenay so specifically want a Courtenay Rose and just dont know where to get this specific variety

There are a few UK & Euro nurseries & hybridizers listed on daylilydiary.com. Unlikely you could get any daylily from U.S. with your import restrictions.

Are you in Devon in the UK?
Dave is right, unless it is in the UK already it will be almost impossible to import.

Also note that your "Courtenay" is spelled different to all the above "Courtney", including the one you are searching for.

However, there are plenty of others.
