Thanks Marilyn, I can't figure out how to actually make them "links" I'm going to my plant list and highlighting the name, then copying this, then going to the photo, making a box and when it comes up asking to label, I'm pasting into that window. I think there must be some step that I'm missing Shrug!

That is what I did and it worked for me. Shrug! Shrug!

Try going to the plant in the database and making a copy of the DB # and putting that into name box

You would go to the plant database in a separate tab, look up the plant. To the right is a numerical plant code. Copy and paste that number into the box. It will link to the plant and automatically list the name in both the box and in a linear list. Found this out by trial and many error(s). Whistling Hilarious!

Debra, I am glad to think about working with your method, but by using it with my shorter list in my personal list it is easier for me.
I guess we could harvest the numbers as we add them to our DB to start with but that means keeping another set of lists Rolling my eyes.

both ways work so that is all that counts, and GREG congrats on completing the renaming. Good Job Hurray! Hurray!
