Hello!

I got this monstera adonsanii a couple days ago at the supermarket, and today as i was watering it this big guy came out the bottom.

Anyone knows what it is? is it a risk to my plant? how do I deal with it?

Thanks!

If those are horns sticking out of the top end, maybe a slug? If it's a tail on a back end, no clue. Is it slimy? Can you get better pix?

You might try a local source to ID this but if it is out of the pot, you have dealt with it. You could take a peek, remove the pot and see if there are more.
