Well, give me the basics on how you did it. What size container did you use, what soil mix, lighting etc. I'm not a novice gardener so you don't have to take up your time explaining everything. At least I don't think you do.
There was a halo of light on a 'Lona Mae' flower this afternoon, a morning glory (Ipomoea nil) I named after my mother who died last year. The backlighting was perfect.
I see no need in hand pollinating since the flowers seem to be nicely self-fertile (that is, the plant is making some seeds). I have no bees to worry about since the plants are indoors. Am I missing something? I'd like to learn.
Ha! I'm just greedy! When I was growing indoor MGs that I liked, I hand pollinated every single bloom, just to make sure I got LOTS of seeds. Sigh, don't have that kind of time now, tho.
