I agree it does not look like that species, but I don't really know what it could be. If it's an intergeneric hybrid of Echeveria, that would put it in the ballpark of this plant



but it's in a really small pot and much less leafy.

We need to come up with a genus (or nothogenus) for this image, at the minimum, if we move it. I would be comfortable with xPachyveria, but that's just kind of a best guess.
