Lori - The yellow bushes (which I grow more like small trees) are Christmas Senna (Bicapsularis Cassia). And the blue blooming bushes are Plumbago auriculata.
I grow both because they are butterfly host and nectar plants. I have turned my little neighborhood yard into a wildlife habitat because so much construction of new homes has removed the wild habitat that used to be in my neighborhood. The wildlife don't have anywhere to go! So they actually come to my yard.
There are always butterflies in my yard along with wild birds and squirrels. Which in turn brings in some stunning predators like the hawks and also bobcats. And of course I get possums and raccoons, too! Not to mention good snakes, lots of bugs, lizards, frogs, bees, and even an armadillo! To me, a garden is not a garden without wildlife. There is always movement in my yard. I also love flowers, so just about everything in my yard blooms at one time or another throughout the year. Thanks to Florida's mild to hot summer climate.
