Thread OP

I hope someone can help with this - it's really got me stumped! Google search image let me down bigtime. These are approx 1 mm across, found on an inside windowsill, in northern VA, along w/ a few different kinds of dead insects -crane flies being the largest, the others maybe a tiny moth and maybe one beetle (not shown). They're fairly uniform, seemed 3-lobed and then a little divit on other side where they could've been attached to something. Also the little wispy thing - looks like a flower part. It's possible there was some kind of blooming plant in that area but I can't remember one. The window is behind shutters I haven't opened in a long time (please don't judge my house cleaning habits!)

I certainly don't know but they resemble seeds if that would be a possibility.

It almost looks more like a tiny flower that naturally turned brown and just fell off.

I agree and maybe some flowers dropped seeds as well
Plant it and they will come.

Agree with about three comments. I'd suspect that possibly a bouquet sat there until it dried up and dropped flower pieces.
