Hi,
I've had white spots on my lophophora for some time now. Is this normal? picture attached. (I think the white residue is disolved salts from waterting).

The big white spots are normal, the smeary stuff looks like the residue you mentioned. Visible up close around the flowers in this picture (click to expand)
