I didn't think to take pictures until after I hosed it down, but I'm having a hard time deciding if I should try to remove all of these. They pick off and kind of crumble vs squish but I don't know if that's because it is wet? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, you have a scale infestation. Wipe them off the best you can and watch carefully for new ones. A systemic insecticide will help.

Thank you so much!! Does this also look like scale? It was nearby but not touching.

That looks more like edema or wounding. One's from too much water and the other's from too much banging around.
