Scott, I have that one but a lot greener, in more shaded area, yours looks good.

I took this last night as the sun was setting of my Aechmea 'Perez' and Billbergia 'Nutans' blooming.

Sherri, Your 'Perez' looks great! I have not had much luck with 'Perez' as it has not been very productive in multiplying in the years I have grown it. It is currently flowering with 1 flower stalk.
I grow mine in a pretty sunny spot to achieve the dark almost black leaves it can produce.

Leo is nice, Scott Thumbs up I lost an Aechmea Perez once, then decided to try again with another I saw at the Tropiflora booth plant sale, second time around has done well, it is probably 4-5 years old. It gets afternoon sun. Here's another picture without the sun shining on it, some leaves a little cold stress.

Looks like Bromeliad (Aechmea nudicaulis 'Xavante')
I have a nice cluster of them, they get more red color in the sun.

This is a pretty rare thing for me here.
I bought this Bilbergia from Tropiflora years and years ago...over 15. When I bought it it had a label, but over time, I Kida 'substituted' a name for it that wasn't the correct name. Its Bil 'Smokey Rose' and somehow I shortened that to Bil 'Rosa'.
Its extremely prolific and now I have to all over, super cold hardy, but RARELY blooms. And I mean RARELY.
But for some reason this spring, I am getting multiple plants bloom at the same time.
Blooms just starting to poke out now on these 4, will post again when they mature

Gina, Is that little Bromeliad underneath to the right side of your photo a offset from the one up for ID?
I agree with A. Nudicaulis, but the silver banding has me thinking 'Seidel'.

@ScotTi this is it. I am pretty sure I got. this years ago as a trade from a guy I knew in So Cal. He referred to it as 'Super White' because he didn't really know the cultivar name

Although the 2nd one may be Hallelujah, I have that in a few places
I'm pretty sure this small one is De Nada

I think Scott is correct about the banding on the Nudicaulis, I didn't notice that, Xavante doesn't have banding, it is a Nudicaulis though. A lot of those spotted Billbergias look the same, I'd say the first one is Casa Blanca and the darker Hallelujah. The little one?? I have DeNada Rojo, at least I did, LOL.

Here is a look at mine now in flower.

A look at the leaves...

I had just added the above photos to the database with comments yesterday.
