Adorable little shrub with striking rust-color - something - along the stems. Spotted @ Cape San Blas last week, right at the waters' edge on the bay side. (Peninsula just E of PCB.) TIA!

looks like a good match. Sally got near, not a true rosemary, but two common names are sandhill rosemary and Florida rosemary —
