Is there any variety of this genus - preferably with yellow flowers - that can stay evergreen in zone 9b, with nighttime temperatures just below 40F in Winter? I need to fill a space about 40 feet wide and 15 feet high with yellow flowering vines, and I need the plant to stay evergreen.
