I've been dealing with Green Rot on my Meyer Lemon tree for a few months now. We have been getting annihilated with rain over here in Northern California as I'm sure you've all been seeing in the news, which is not helping.

The issue was isolated to the Meyer Lemon tree but has now spread to the neighboring tree (tangerine). I've tried keeping the floor tidy and removing fuzzy lemons, but it seems that the fungus takes over the lemons very fast (within a few days.) and with over 100 lemons all over this beast of a tree, it's hard to keep track of all of them.

I've tried copper fungicide as well, to no avail. I've only applied the copper fungicide to the leaves. My guess is the fungus is in the soil, but I can't find many resources online as to what helps eliminate Green Rot.

Have any of you had any success eliminating this?
