How long is it since you took the cutting? Bear in mind that the single leaf now has to function as the whole plant essentially, growing new roots will come first then eventually new leaves. Be patient.

can you take another photo of the cutting at the root level where the leaf exits the stem? It looks like you may not have anywhere for another new leaf to exit from. If you only have the one node, where that leaf is, and no node above that or under that, there will likely be no new leaf. That node already has a leaf. it can also have a root not he other side, but it cannot make another leaf.

If this was a top cutting where this was the apical meristem ( the 'growth point') it would continue to grow. But this is a mid-stem cutting. So you may not get new growth

I think you do have a node. Its really hard to tell in your picture, but those 2 little pointy things on the stem MAY be the beginnings of new growth from the stem. Whether they will be roots, or a new shoot its impossible to tell from your photo.
You should take this out of water. The roots you have are sufficient for you to plant this in a soil mix in a 2" container. It would grow a LOT faster then

Here is the pic, the circled part may be a new leaf coming out, i'm not sure.

Soil is a LOT faster? What if i use hydroponic fertilizer and put the cutting in water? Thank you.

This plant is meant to grow in soil, not water.I forgot you are the lady who wants to grow everything in water.
You may have a new shoot. You'll just have to wait and see. But if its been in water 2 months and taken this long, you may be waiting a while. And during that time, your cutting might rot
