Is anyone growing the red ginger?
I've had it two years and in a pot. It was a small rhizome in package from Hawaii that my brother brought back for me.

It's doesn't look good! The soil is moist but still dry leaves. It's near east facing window.
Too intense sun?

Please help! Don't want to lose it.

Its too wet. They can take full sun in FL the sun from your window isn't going to burn it. Alpinia purpurata like a really well drained soil
