Welcome to NGA, @gabriellerob! We're very glad to have you.

Unfortunately, without a high-quality camera or cellphone microscope attachment, it's going to be nigh impossible for anyone to identify that bug.

Or tell us more about the situation. What is it doing?
Plant it and they will come.

It looks beetle-ish. Kind of like a REEEEALLY small Carpet Beetle. But do let us know how it's bugging you.

Thanks everyone. This tiny tiny bug bites me in my sleep. The bites look like mosquito bites and are itchy. I often find this kind of bug crawling on my cellphone. I have a video but I'm not sure how to upload it on here

I've never seen it fly so I don't think so but honestly they are so small it's easy to overlook them

I've unfortunately had bed bugs before so I'm 100% this isn't a bed bug
