Janice this is such a lovely photo. And so unusual the way it has formed two offsets from the middle of the rosette.
Would you post it to the Unusual Forms thread?
The thread "Unusual Forms (Revisted)" in Sempervivum and Jovibarba forum

It will be so interesting to see how it finishes developing.

Just noticed it and the others( babies) all look normal .
I thought it was preparing 2 bloom stalks there.
