Hello, I've had this plant for about four years. It bloomed overnight and than the bloom died off with in hours. Does anyone recognize what the name of this plant is???

I agree Walking Iris - Neomarica. Let it loose in your garden and you will understand its common name.

LOL, I still think of it as Neomarica but at some point, scientists apparently changed it to Trimezia.

Thanks to each of you knowledgeable folks I've learned so much and finally have my answer to know if I'm right or wrong in the care of this plant πŸͺ΄ after four years of trying to take care of it in my home 🏑. I live in Oregon and have to keep it inside except for summer so I will keep in pot, making it easy to move in and outdoors. πŸ‘πŸ™πŸ‘
