Is it normal for this peony to have brownish/maroon leaves? One set of leaves is still green. Maybe because it gets shade from the plant? Is the plant brownish looking because of too much sun or is this a mold problem?

Thank you Lucy. It didn't flower last year and I think it had a mold problem before. I'm rooting for it this year to flower and thrive in my yard. Smiling
