Thanks Rita!! I'm really surprised at all the scapes I have! I'm beginning to think that maybe the seaweed fertilizer really helped, since there is no way I should have this many scapes! I should probably fertilize them again!

Spacecoast Surprise Purple is much prettier in person. I've never been able to get the color right.

My Free Wheeling died just this week. It never recovered from winter - neither did Tusk which disappeared a couple of weeks ago. But they were both planted in the bed I lost a LOT of other perennials in. That bed got ALL of the snow drifts, and at one point I believe the ice and snow cover was about 4 feet thick.

NOID - Jan, that is an awesome bloom. I don't think I could dig to find out the name until it was done blooming either
