I need an opinion about where to cut & root it.How far below the leaves on the top of the stem should i cut it to root it?

This will leave a very long stem with nothing on it but i know when you prune an epi is causes it to produce more leaves in that area.So if i cut the remaining stem in a place that will leave close to the same size as the remaining plant,it may produce more foliage at the level of the pot & not down a 5 foot long stem!!
Here's where the stem starts if i leave enough of the stem hopefully it will put out more leaves with the others.

A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
