Hey Erica, when I saw these ice plants growing on our local Costco parking island, I remembered you.
I wonder if you can do a similar mulch just around your ice plants, it may help them cool down further when temps soar, instead of being in a heat island of rocks. Not sure if your home location has HOA or local restrictions..
