The Bishop is a solid red, it is categorised as "Miscellaneous" with the grower databases, though I regard all those flowers as single myself. This might be Excentrique, but it is a very nice colour all the same.

They do, but certain kinds of plants have dedicated moderators (such as roses, daylilies, lilies and others) but some plants don't have moderators and therefore a very small handful of administrators moderate them. They aren't going to check for accurate cultivar names - that kind of thing only happens in areas of the database that have moderators dedicated to it.
