Do peonies rebloom? I have never seen this before. Also, some sections of the foliage is yellowish with green lines. What should I give it?

I had read about a lady that had soaked her tree peony, I think to rescue it, and it had rebloomed for her.
Here is an article about another: http://blog.oregonlive.com/kym...
I've also seen a few sites where people have said their High Noons rebloomed. One said Takara does, too.
Apparently, it does happen! Congratulations!

It's been a weird year. Several people I know have had reblooms. Be happy! ;)

I have never been that lucky. But then I do not water and normally have little deaths.
