Wow --you guys are really good on naming the wild flowers -- and I never thought of a stinging nettle as anything other than a "Pain" in the butt. Hilarious!

After I posted pics of the tall sunflower in the ID forum, I learned it was Helianthus grosseserratus (Sawtooth Sunflower). And I have more than one kind of nettle. This is the native Wood Nettle, Laportea canadensis.
