Lin, I believe the butterfly in Dave's picture is the Giant Swallowtail. Too much black on it to be a Tiger ST.

I agree.The yellow spot bands form "x's" near the forward wing apexes.

Dave, you are getting so good at this butterfly stuff! Thumbs up LOL, my memory is getting so bad, I can't remember one from the other anymore and I have difficulty going back and forth comparing photo's to those in my butterfly book too. I'm so grateful for the knowledge everyone shares here on ATP!
