The Pennisetum is Hamelin. I changed the tag on the blue blooms to Careyopteris. I don't know the cultivar. Glad you like the picture and you are welcome to copy it. Here is another one that I like..

I thought it looked like caryopteris, which I dearly love and would never want to be without it in my garden.
