Rain began here at 2:20 so I was rushing to finish potting up, and bringing in, the many more coleus I had. Since then it's been on and off rain, mostly light. Now the birds are singing so there must be a lull.
I think we ended up with 3/4 of an inch.....drop in the bucket, but I'm sure it helped a little....today is chilly & grey with 30-40 mph winds.....what a change!
We went from 75.9 on Friday, with the AC on from 7 to 9 PM, to 50 last night, with the heat going. Big time winds yesterday and today. Now 52, going to 60 but the winds will probably keep me indoors.
Never made it out of the 40s here yesterday....today....60 & sunny! Cooler tomorrow....guess that will be the pattern! Ronnie, you're a better person than I am.....could never have gone camping in that weather!
It got up to 67, but a nasty wind. With the 2 rains it is 2 1/2 inches, over 2" during the first rain. Further west, there were about 5 inches & some flooding.
Name: Ronnie (Veronica) Southeastern PA (Zone 6b) Count your blessings, be grateful
It's 62 and cloudy, still very windy...feels balmy after the cold weekend camping. Looks like only the 50s all week...still trying to get all the stuff inside.
