Our neighbor went to the garden wearing her warm winter hat but retreated soon enough. Meanwhile a neighbor 14 year old boy is out shooting hoops and wearing a short sleeved tee shirt. Must be nice to be young!

I am always cold in the winter. Yup, it must be nice to be young.
Heavy frost last night. Sun is up high today in the 40's, snow Wednesday.
Poppies are sown.
I Am cold from Sept to May. Geezers have slow circulation and low metabolism.
Brrr. Now 45, sunny, heading to 56. Saturday night our low is forecast to be 32. Time for frost, then wait two weeks and hope for mild days to dig dahlias.
Sunny again today but colder than yesterday. Geez, it's only early November and I am already complaining that I am cold outside. This is why I just hate winter.

Made it to 55 and sunny today, chilly but pretty day...I am a miserable bear in the winter. I can never get warm. I can always cool off in summer but never seem to saty warm during the winter. I'd go south if I could
Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.
Only made it to 51 today but with the sun, and without the wind, I was very comfortable for the four hours I worked spreading chips, then removing an annoying vine. At 4 PM I called it quits.
Ditto! No politician involved....thank God! Need to wash curtains today....should spend time in garden, I have lots to cut down....I do leave a lot of seed-bearing plants in the gardens for the birds....however, they seem to like my feeder better!
