It's dry now but it is a low area that tends to hold water and be very wet when it rains.

We get those around here too, but not as much as we used to, the drought has done a lot of damage and eliminated many plants, at least for a while. Crying

Wow that sure is a pretty one with all the varying shades of pink! Pluchia does like moist soil & often grows here near the pond. I've never seen one looking so colorful as the one in your pic! Thumbs up
