It looks like her house and garden is up for sale. I sure hope we will be able to buy them from someone in the near future.

How can I delete this or edit the title? It is Isabel Hibbard, not Hillel.

I found a lot of images of her DLs at the AHS database. Type in Hibbard as hybridizer and there are 12 pages, but most do not have images. It is a lot easier to search for something using the cultivar name. New York Rita suggested trying the Lily Auction. I have to learn how to use it first! I found one nice one of hers at Marietta's, Final Frontier.

The Surgeon General has determined that the Lily Auction can be hazardous to your health. At the very least, addictive. It's very hard to pass up those great deals that you sometimes find. Just make sure you have plenty of garden space. Go ahead and spend your kids' inheritance. That's what we did, they have great jobs. They can inherit the flowers.
I think that I will go over to the LA and see what's offered, just to prove how much self-control I have. Plus, what's one more DL, if it's at a bargain bid?
My name is David, but I don't have a problem with adding DLs.

Mike, all is well here. It was just a really busy summer. And I did take lots of pictures, just not of closeups of indivual blooms on either my daylilies or iris. I took lots of landscape shots and lots of pictures of my veggies. Rolling on the floor laughing

Rita, thanks for the update. I personally know that it can be overwhelming at times. Something has to give.
